Women’s Cardio Drumming-Morning Session
Women’s Cardio Drumming-Morning Session
30-minute low-impact cardio workout. We will have equipment for twelve ladies. If you would like to purchase equipment, we found 26″ exercise balls at 5 Below in the Target plaza and the 17-gallon buckets at Walmart. You can purchase drumsticks on Amazon or simply use wooden spoons. Sign-up is required
